Managing and developing the Housing and Benefits IT systems to ensure continuity and improvements to the service and to providing ICT consultation services to customers.Key achievements:• Delivery of a new works management system, enabling Nottingham City Homes to deliver repair and maintenance services to the council’s residential and corporate properties.• Delivery of an asset management and stock condition survey system, enabling the council to make important investment decisions and to provide statistical returns to government, supporting the Council’s participation in the government’s Decent Homes programme.
