About Keith, Morrow

I am extremely outgoing and enjoy bringing happiness to people. I make it a goal to help someone walk in that is having a terrible day and they leave with a smile from ear to ear. I treat them as I expect to be treated when I am a guests or customer somewhere as a Consumer myself. I can write down the different jobs I have performed, certifications I have achieved, or the qualifications I have. I personally would like the opportunity to introduce myself and know more about a company as well as tell you about myself and why I know I can be an asset to a company. I was once told that you can train somebody to do something, but you are not able to train personality. I have been in many roles where taking care of the customer, client, boss, or what you may refer to them. At the end of the day, those people keep your business running. I take great pride in having a wonderful and outgoing personality. If I know the job or am shown how you want it done it will get done the way it is supposed to be. I am very familiar R.O. Writer, a software commonly used in Automotive. I am familiar with Word, Excel, and Microsoft. I have heard that it is not personal in business. Somewhere over the years, I believe people have stopped believing in building a lasting relationship is personal. I want to see the people I work with as well the people we are taking care of so happy the thought of going somewhere else is not even an option. I have worked in the Automotive field for a total of 25 years or so starting at Jiffy Lube when I was 16 years old. My Father was with Jiffy Lube for about 24 years which motivated my interest about learning the components and how vehicles operate. I naturally enjoy being a Salesman. It is part of my God given personality. In my opinion, it's not really sales. I like to refer to a sale as a recommendation. If someone believes in a product and is passionate about recommending it then it is simply a conversation you are having with someone. You areinforming them about a product or service and letting them know the Great news! You are able to offer the service or product. I am very familiar with MAP( Motorists Assurance Program). There are different levels of a repair or scheduled maintenance. There is suggested, recommended, and required. I believe in understanding the Client's main concern clearly then offering a solution to them. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge through my years of exposure to Automotive repair, tire knowledge, and different types of personalities taught at Leadership Seminars and/or Management training.

    I performed State Inspections on many things. They include anything from small Trailers that weigh 7,500 pounds and more, Motorhomes, Motorcycles, and of course Trucks/Cars. We also provide service if it is approximately 10 minutes or less like replacing and Selling Wiper Blades, Light bulbs, Fuel Caps, and a Gallon of Rain X Washer fluid. We also carry Rain X Wipers at a very fair price and service.

    My main job as a Manager of Tire Sales was to understand our products very well and help train the Sales Associates at the front counter. My main role was to make sure the Boss (customer) was being taken care of. I would help prepare estimates, go look at the vehicle, and explain what the situation was to the owner of the vehicle. If they were there at the location, I would bring them out to look at the vehicle and explain the problem they originally brought the vehicle in for. If there were anything else, especially safety related I would explain that as well. Prior to showing the vehicle, I would look over the vehicle with the technician diagnosing the vehicle. I would then provide an estimate to the Boss and give them options including the financing option. I also opened and closed the store including counting the drawer and dropping off the daily bank deposit. I have worked at stores with small amounts of staff as well as bigger locations with more volume and a larger staff. I am able to multi-task and get the job done correctly without cutting corners. I take the Company Policy and the way things are done by the company's standards very serious. I am very much a team player. I enjoy encouraging fellow partners to be optimistic and create a warm working enviroment. The least expensive and quickest form of advertising is the word of mouth so I take pride in my Customer Service.

    I performed many things as a SSR (Service Sales Representative). After a very detailed and timely training process, I had to pass the Certification process before I would be able to have my own route when a route was available. My first route was a National Account route with uniforms ironically it was Firestone. A Faculty Service route opened up allowing me to look for opportunities to grow my route allowing me to bonus as well as give the client World Class Service. I was certified to drive truck that I worked out of mainly everyday. We would have to use other trucks every now and then. It was a truck that was 10,000 pounds. Although, it was a large truck, it was just under the weight limit of requiring a CDL to drive. I was able to drive my standard class c driver license. Some of duties I was responsible for was establishing a Great relationship with the contact or decision maker of the business. I would offer other services we offered if they were not being utilized at the location. I would also make recommendations from our catalog. I also managed the Service Agreements with the decision maker. I would write up the Agreement with the products they had and recommend other products if it would help their business, especially with safety or image. After servicing my route all day, I would check in at the plant and the unloaders would unload the truck as I checked my paperwork in. Before doing so I would have to perform a pre-trip inspection in the morning and post-trip inspection before checking in. The inspection included me performing a visual inspection of many things such as tires, lights, horn, fluids, etc...

    As the General Manager I had many roles and duties. I had assistance from the Service Manager as well as the Manager of Tire Sales. Although they were assigned tasks. It was my job to oversee the work and make sure it was being performed properly. I did many things from helping clean the restrooms to ensuring the "WOW" experience with the customers/clients or as we would call them The Boss because ultimately if they were not coming in then we would not have a Career. The other part of the Management team had certain tasks to perform, but I would also assist with making sure the work flow was going well with parts arriving at a reasonable time as well as the technician performing the work to meet the promised finish time. I was part of keeping the inventory in order and accounted for. I helped with training, sometimes helping in the shop if the situation required my assistance. I made the work schedule for the Management, sales, and technician staff. I inspected the daily paperwork to make sure everything was in order and there were areas for improvement. I started as a Sales Associate at the Mansfield location. I was promoted to Manager of Tire Sales, Service Manager,then General Manager. I worked at multiple locations wherever I was instructed to be and perform to my best abilities.
