Fitness and helping others has always been a passion of mine. Nothing inspires me more than helping someone live up to their greatest potential or helping someone achieve their goals. This is the very reason why I chose to dedicate my life to Health and Wellness. I am currently a student at Glendale Community College taking courses such as: Nutrition, Physiology, and Kinesiology to obtain my Personal Trainers Certificate. As an aspiring Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach, my mission is to inspire people to become better versions of themselves physically and mentally. This is because there is a strong intimate relationship between the mind and body. One cannot function without the other. I believe that a strong body produces a strong mind. Physical challenges strengthens the mind and likewise, the mind wills the body to accomplish its instructions. This dynamic relationship between the mind and body is necessary to overcome the challenges that we encounter in our everyday lives. This is where I come in. By inspiring people to become better versions of themselves, it is my obligation to positively influence people to have a more realistic perspective on Health and Wellness as a lifestyle to live by rather than a hobby, to view Health and Wellness as a necessity rather than an option, to understand the importance of Health and Wellness in achieving longevity. It is everyone's God given right to live a life of abundance through good health, mind, body, and spirit. But the choice is up to us as individuals. My goal is to change the world one person at a time by influencing those in need of a more abundant lifestyle change to make those right decisions.
