As a young child I wanted to be a Dentist. Or a basketball player. Neither of which transpired. After graduating high school, I got a degree in Electronic Engineering. At the time, being in that field provided a great opportunity for getting a good job. In 1988, I went to work for Northern Telecom (Nortel). I worked on DMS-100 telephone equipment. The job was not very satisfying because I wasn't motivated. I wasn't helping anyone. And after 4.5 years of working on the graveyard shift, I decided to make a career change - one that would allow me to interact with the public on a regular basis. So I went to real estate school, became a Realtor, and have been serving Raleigh-Durham and the surrounding cities for the past 31 years. My duty as a Realtor allows me to use my God-given talents to help people, encourage some, and reap the benefits of doing what I really enjoy. Fortunately, I've had much success and have worked with numerous buyers, sellers, investors, banks and REO companies. I have more real estate experience than 95% of the Realtors in the area. I've owned and operated a real estate sales and property management company, worked as an HOA property manager, was a residential real estate appraiser trainee, and have listed and sold foreclosure properties for several different banks and REO companies.Why then, would you choose me over any other Realtor?
