• At CPEX, I am in charge of creating offering memorandums, evaluations and property overviews. These marketing books are used to supply information to clients of CPEX. This information includes-- the location of the property, the properties overview, rent roll, foot traffic, retail area, history, public transportation and violations. • I work closely with CPEX's Lead Designer, on multiple projects at one time. We converse and trade ideas to create a finished product as well as meet all our deadlines. • I manage CPEX's Constant Contacts for our email marketing campaigns.

• CPEX provides a full range of services for both real estate and business owners, through our innovative operating platform and entrepreneurial culture. • At CPEX, I am in charge of creating offering memorandums, evaluations and property overviews. These marketing books are used to supply information to clients of CPEX. This information includes-- the location of the property, the properties overview, rent roll, foot traffic, retail area, history, public transportation and violations. • I've gone out in the field to take photos of properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan as well as the editing and the color correction of those photos. • CPEX gave me the opportunity to work on a photo shoot to take head-shots of the company employees for the bio-section of the website. • I created banners and signs that are hung on the properties CPEX exclusively represents. • Also while working at CPEX, I was given a project to create a Media Kit to provide information to intern candidates. This Media Kit was distributed at career fairs at colleges in the tri-state area.

• Latency Magazine is a New York Culture and Entertainment Monthly published online. • My job is to interview musicians and artists on their personal journeys in the music scene of NYC. • This job entails going out and meeting musicians, watching there live shows and taking promo shots for the articles. • I have been writing and helping produce this up and coming media magazine for almost 2 years.

• BHG Cleaning Services is a Brooklyn-based organization offering a full range of five-star services in all areas of home and estate management. • I worked on a project that included a Keynote presentation for the 2013 Rapid Realty Ski Trip & FLO Weekend at CamelBack Mountain. • I also created two pieces for the post-clean of locations appointed to BHG.

• Resource Magazine is a quarterly publication for photography based out of Dumbo, Brooklyn. • While I interned at Resource I worked on illustrations, photo editing and editorial layouts for the magazine. • My internship also included research and copy editing. • After we went into print, I helped locate and distribute the magazine to photography and prop studios in Manhattan and Brooklyn. • During Photography Week 2012, I managed and setup Resource's booth for NYC Fotoworks at GO Studios and ShootNYC at La Venue. I networked and helped make connections with potential clients for Resource Magazine.

Long Island City

This internship gave me a hands on experience with doing ordering and how to manage the Parts Department in a heavy equipment repair facility. I was in charge of logging in deliveries and then stocking the parts in our warehouse room. As well as keeping order in the stocking system, I communicated with mechanics about jobs they were working on and learned that you should always wear gloves when working. Always..
