I am a Company Director and Arboriculturalist at Wolverhampton Tree Service Ltd, having set up a "new company" with the Managing Director to take over a thriving Arboricultural business that had been trading since 1986. This presented a unique set of challenges; all the processes of setting up a new company but with a well-known brand name, an established customer base, infrastructure, equipment, and staff team.I have a keen focus on digital marketing and business development beginning with creating websites and social media for a voluntary sports club and small businesses. Then as an Executive Director to drive the business forward with the main focus on commercial growth and diversification. I also enjoy consulting with other small businesses or startups to improve their processes, gain recognition, and implement positive change.
