As a front-to-back transformation specialist, Keith is currently engaged as the Lead Portfolio Head, in the UAE’s largest bank where he manages some of the bank's High Priority Programs and a number of PMO Portfolio Teams that span across all Business and Functional Lines.Keith has experience working across in both Project, Programme and Portfolio roles on high priority programmes such as BREXIT, Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF), Solvent Wind Down, Basel III Reform, Ring Fencing, FX Remediation and FATCA. His recent experience includes rolling out the process, governance and reporting framework for Citi within Equities and Markets Technology. He has also been called in many times to 'intervene' in failing programmes requiring turnaround.Each role has typically involved cross bank collaboration, stakeholder engagement at a C-suite level and working across the 'Three Lines of Defence'.
