During my twenty years at the helm of ICE Technologies, I had the privilege of leading a remarkable team that transformed our IT services company into one of the nation's leading Managed Services Providers in the healthcare sector. Together, we achieved consistent growth and profitability, earned a spot on the INC 500/5000 list twice, and were recognized as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces year after year.Throughout my journey, I've gained deep insights into the joys and challenges that come with leadership. I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed by daily operations, the growing pains, the difficulties in achieving sustained growth, and the often isolating experience of executive leadership.In 2022, we successfully sold ICE Technologies to a private equity platform. Today, I am channeling my passion for business into new ventures. I am partnering with Vistage to build a private peer advisory group in Central Iowa, aimed at helping business leaders (CEOs, Presidents, Owners, Managing Partners) with a growth mindset to become better leaders and see their organizations thrive.Additionally, I founded Imagine Growth Partners to assist organizations with strategic planning, execution management, and employee engagement, leveraging the best practices that fueled our success at ICE Technologies.I am excited to connect with fellow business leaders and explore opportunities for growth and collaboration.
