I led the social movement Time to Change challenging mental health related stigma and discrimination in communities by empowering ‘Champions’ with lived experience to participate and involve them in a national hub initiative across 50 cities and towns in England.Time to Change is number 14 in the UK’s top 20 public health achievements of the 21st century.
