Sitting in the HR Directorate in Learning and Development, a varied role with a varied roadmap and a wide range of responsibilities. Including delivery of face to face training including new starter inductions, FCA competence and material related various key internal business focuses. A role aligned with all key business objectives including the design, definition and drive of training for both sales and service. Ensuring key stakeholders are updated and engaged through building good working relationships to build long term success.A strong focus on internal service quality is important, an organisation is nothing without its people. Regular visits to stores to follow up on delivery of training on a one to one basis and offer personal support to our leadership teams is absolutely key to success. By gathering feedback from the end user to help define what learning looks like for the future whether it be online digital, video, paper based or face to face in a time of shift and change this role makes sure all learning continues to be effective and relevant.If you look after your people, they will look after your customer's and the business will take care of itself.
