Senior Social Media Analyst
CurrentPart of Google's Brand Social team focusing on Social Measurement and InsightsWorking across the JAPAC region, my role consists of measurement of Social Media platforms and using Social Media to measure impact across Google products.My role consists of- Sentiment analysis across Social Media channel to understand audience perception of new releases or negative news impact to assist with the market's GTM strategy- Commission and conduct Social Listening research across JAPAC market to evaluate brands' perception and new product momentum - Rolling out of customized engagement metrics across local markets to better evaluate success of Social Media performances across Owned, Paid, and Earned. - Building dashboard infrastructure for Owned and Paid Social Media metrics to roll out real-time analysis to aid with the fast pace of Social Media. - Conduct external research to validate core social metrics association with tangible brand impact
