P&L responsibility for products with revenue of >$180MM, including USPS and international address hygiene, AbiliTec linking and recognition, and Web based interactive delivery products. Gathered business intelligence to support competitive, financial, market and internal analysis required to drive CDI Product and Service roadmap decisions. Selected contributions include:- Identified up-sell opportunities within existing installed base for premium address hygiene products resulting in >$2.0MM incremental revenue within 6 months.- Rationalized and prioritized product portfolio roadmap to more than double the number of in flight high-value programs within 12 months.- Simplified pricing models and built supporting materials to reduce time required to build proposals for international products from weeks to less than a day. This resulted in being able to win several large multimillion dollar deals.- Increased operational efficiency through definition and implementation of formal product governance process, and definition of improved financial management and reporting model.

Led the product management team responsible for the launch of the award winning Reuters direct exchange feed product suite (RDF Direct). Designed, delivered and launched the product suite and support model from the ground up whilst working to aggressive time frames. Defined data models and content for a range of international equity and equity derivative data sets. Became a product evangelist to promote RDF Direct to internal and external clients, covering all aspects of the product including pricing, positioning, and data content and technical capabilities. Selected contributions include:- Won “Product Development of the Year” award from the independent Inside Market Data industry publication- Launched initial releases on time and on-budget. - Built prioritized 24 month roadmap of releases covering all major international trading venues.
