My entire career has been focused in and around customer service, supporting the team and helping customers. I’ve mainly worked within warranty, parts and customer service roles starting in the motor industry then moving to then renewable energy and parts/ logistics. Warranty can be overlooked in many operations however there will always be defects in products requiring warranty support. I have drive and passion to perform well whatever role I undertake, I have sound ethics and I achieve everything I set out to do and go the extra mile to provide Customer Satisfaction. My mechanical skills allow me to put my hand to anything, I am fully versed with office, hold my construction white card, lean six sigma and would be a great asset to your team. I am motivated and assume responsibility for personal development and can recognise learning opportunities when presented.
