I thoroughly enjoyed this short-term opportunity to serve our local Veterans. Even in the short time, I gained a plethora of insight into the VA world as well as local, state, and national Veterans services. More importantly, I developed some incredible relationships with outstanding VSO personnel doing a fantastic job serving our local Veterans!

2-month Internship with DoD SkillBridge Program (Air Force Career Skills Program) working in Training Department of Ethicon, Inc. Completed Training Within Industry Instructors Course. Designing & developing entire Ethicon Instructor Qualification Evaluation (written exams, classroom observation, measurement, competency models) applying ADDIE, ISD, and Adult Learning principles.

Retired June 30th after 23 years.
