This work involved a six-week immersion in Sri Lanka to gain insights and optimize user experiences.

Created and improved the user experience for a sustainable vehicle rental company by designing a new digital and physical onboarding platform. Tasks included conducting user research, journey mapping, storyboarding clickthrough analysis, and wireframing.
