- Own the post-sale customer experience by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at the management and user level- Drive customer adoption of the contracted FastPay product(s) and deliver consultative recommendations- Demonstrate ROI and value to the customer through presentations and reporting- Provide consistent customer feedback internally to improve products, processes, and policies at FastPay

- Connect with media suppliers to understand payment processes- Interact with management and partners to identify and solve transactional issues- Process payment requests in a timely fashion
