CurrentProviding comprehensive technical expertise and guidance to prospects and customers, offering in-depth insights into the functionality, implementation, and customization of the platform's solutions. Responsible for understanding client needs, I assess technical requirements, offer tailored solutions, and lead the integration of Instructure's technologies within diverse educational or corporate environments. Additionally, I support customers and prospects, conducting in-depth product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of Instructure's solutions, while also acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and optimized experience.Key Responsibilities:Be a point for sales and customer success teams for Data and Insight aligned products within the Center of ExcellenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a point of contact for their needs, inquiries, and providing expert guidance on the solutions offered by Instructure. Participate in mass communication (webinars, newsletters, etc.) to engage customers. Assist in enablement efforts to ensure successful product adoption and value realization of early adopters.Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing product knowledge, sales materials, and strategic insights to help drive the sales process and meet revenue targets both at the market level and at times regional and account levelsWork alongside the product and product marketing teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that address these requirements. Involvement in creation of resources where appropriate to assist in overall product adoption and strategy communication.Contribute and build sales strategies, offering insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and market trends. Participate in GTM planning and execution, product bundling strategy, marketing and adoption efforts, and other activities as needed.
