Act as the key interface between Blendtec and key clients with all relevant divisions. Proactively plan, coordinate, and execute projects on regular basis. Lead a professional customer focused team in achieving goals and deadlines for account expansion both domestically and internationally. Anticipate and thoroughly plan for customer needs while employing consistent follow through and reporting. Develop relationships internally and externally for rapid communication and coordination of processes. Employee leadership management including employee development, training, payroll, and performance management. Maintain, improve, and standardize processes and training documents for team. Provide direction to account management and foster leaders within the department.Teach customer relationship management to team members and support team. Handle escalated customer, distributor, or employee relations issues. Support account managers and EDI specialists in a team environmentUnderstand email, ACD phone systems, EDI, CRM, ERP, and order to cash processes. . Order management process coordination with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite orders. Develop process improvement plans and metrics using six sigma/lean techniques, PDCA method. Coach or Sensei improvement projects conducted by team members.
