Waiting tables at Sayner Pub helped further my experience in the sales industry. Attention to detail on orders and communicating those orders clearly to the kitchen was key due to an outdated POS system. Learned to adapt to different styles of people daily and how to connect with guests.

Supreme Lobster was a balance of maintaining and managing current accounts, while constantly searching for new accounts to sell. Responsible for being available to my accounts six days a week, 18 hours a day, on call to assist in any needs or solve any problems they may have. Learning our system and about our products was key to each sale. Managed a daily call list of accounts to check in on, a cold call list, as well as face-to-face meetings to acquire new business.

Started as a temp working in General Fabrication working as a grinder, cleaning up welds for parts coming off a robot line. Promoted and certified in welding which included attending company paid training for Yaskawa to program welding robots. Ultimate responsibilities included assisting the lead programmer in programming, upkeeping programs, and operating robots to complete parts in accordance with customer expectations. My takeaway from MWG is my ability to excel in a job/position when given the opportunity, even with the lack of industry experience.
