- Responsible for the development and achievement of the annual individual giving budget.- Develop strategies to raise funds through on-air fund drives, direct mail and email, social media, and other campaigns.- Design targeted fundraising appeals in order to develop higher renewal rates, increased levels of giving, and growth of the donor base.- Plan and execute all direct mail, email, on-air and digital fundraising initiatives, including developing content for all member-related correspondence.- Maintain the overall integrity, security and quality of the donor database through data hygiene and mailing list management.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various membership campaigns.

- Plan and execute exciting and unique community events.- Coordinate event sponsorship and advertisements with local businesses.- Develop marketing strategies and content for social media and schedule posts across all platforms.- Manage database of donors.- Coordinate with local artists to create content for social media, website and video content.- Engage with underrepresented communities through diverse content.- Coordinate and manage a team of interns and volunteers for events.

- Assist the Game Changers film crew with festival logistics- Coordinate transportation- Organize community outreach - Promote and execute screening events

-Act as assistant stage manager at institute shows-Coordinate with crew and talent to ensure a successful show-Work with lighting, microphones and other equipment during performances
