Current§ Architected BI systems servicing over 4,500 users, 100 corporate clients, and 5,000 visualizations using tools such as Snowflake, Tableau,Alteryx, Knime, SQL, and Python.§ Successfully introduced key technologies (Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake) into the company's stack, establishing the Analytics Department.§ Recruited and trained a global team of five analytics engineers, overseeing the creation of over 1,100 daily ETL flows into the datawarehouse/analytics systems.§ Advocated for and deployed Snowflake and Fivetran into the tech stack, enhancing data processing capabilities.§ Created processes and policies to streamline internal self-service reporting that coordinates responsibilities between solutions engineers,business owners, production teams, reporting specialists, and clients while protecting data security.§ Collaborated with cross-functional teams of various technical knowledge to design flexible data models for strategic decision-making.§ Transformed reporting from operational to a critical strategic selling point, presenting data visualizations to both clients and internal leadership.§ Played a direct role in the pre-sales process, showcasing analytics capabilities to potential clients.§ Developed data flows for Fortune 100 clients, combining data from Azure, on-premises, and other sources.§ Consolidated data from 350 servers worldwide into a single data warehouse for company-wide overview.§ Received Best Technology Presentation award for presenting on our analytics capabilities to large (200+) attendee group.
