My leadership style is to be actively engaged with caregivers to help them reach their maximum potential. I develop supportive and trusting work environments where all feel comfortable to share their thoughts regardless of title. Then empower, support, and advocate for their needs so barriers are removed for fulfilling work. WHY IT MATTERS: People need to make a personal connection with what they do.
