Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program to include phone conferences, web casts and e-mail communications. Coordinate and maintain road show schedule for eight follow-on offerings for which there has been eleven to date. Content developer for investor relations website. Track shareholder visits and prepares senior management for meetings, conferences and presentations to current and potential retail and institutional stakeholders. Instrumental team member as part of management, in growing shareholder base from 7,000 to 60,000 since IPO in August of 1997 through investor outreach efforts enhancing shareholder value from $250 million to over $1 billion in resources.

Performed needs assessments, developed and conducted training programs for arbitrators and mediators in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland. Designed, promoted and lectured for each course. Trained more than 500 arbitrators and mediators in process techniques and generated over $50,000 of income for the Washington D.C. regional office. Developed a Speakers Bureau utilizing our panel of arbitrators to assist the AAA in regional training efforts. Reshaped and reorganized the programs based on evaluations from participants. Tracked local trade journals and newspapers to identify business and legal community developments as a source of new members or potential caseloads. Guest lecturer at local universities, law firms and corporations on dispute resolution design, process, contract writing, and pros and cons of each method of arbitration.
