I am responsible for providing leadership and direction to consultant team members to support a profitable, and outstanding consulting experience and process for our customers. I support revenue goals for the services organization, develop skilled consulting and project management professionals, define short and long term initiatives based on organizational strategy and partner cross functionally to achieve services and LexisNexis goals as a whole.

Consulted on our advanced and premier clients. I was promoted from consultant to senior consultant in July of 2016. In addition to consulting, I mentored our new business consultant population, wrote internal and external process and tips documentation, and attended and presented at our annual customer conferences.

I started in account management with LexisNexis, in charge of growing my set of accounts, many in the Fortune 500, financially and building the relationship across many levels of individuals at these corporations. I moved over to lead the customer care team for a year and a half where I managed several accounts within the service level agreements, mentored team members on supporting our company and our customer's business processes and implementing solutions to their most needed process issues.

Communicated with golf professionals, parents and junior golfers regarding our services, executed and managed marketing strategies to grow all aspects of the organization, involved in long range planning, worked on increasing our sponsorships, created marketing materials (i.e. quarterly newsletter), tracked marketing efforts, managed events calendar, maintained database, helped organize and run tournaments.

Worked with clients and our consultants on their needs from our company, coordinated and assisted on all marketing efforts including direct mail, web-site updating, e-mail blasts, ad placement and press releases, maintained proofing and quality control on all marketing materials, created promotional materials for special marketing purposes, coordinated all of the CEO’s speaking engagements and tradeshows.

Worked within a team environment to carry out a full range of functions for our clients, managed advertising accounts, supported account executives with various clients in the company, proofed creative pieces, created competitive analysis’, media placements, planned client meetings and events, worked on internal marketing projects and internal company events.
