Senior User Experience Architect
Current-- Current projects: Redesign of a shipping management system; Building out a design system to ensure continuity across our suite of applications and to speed the development and QA process.-- As UX architect, assists development teams with current tactical work as well as working on strategic assignments (e.g., creating a design system, building a UX Community of Practice, UX training for team) -- Works with business stakeholders, product and development teams to gather requirements and to create user personas, product and UX canvases, and interaction designs to guide development-- Conducts user research on both internal and external enterprise users: contextual inquiry, usability testing, protype testing, lean UX validation testing-- As user advocate, draws on UX methods for discovering usability problems and solutions. Examples include: user story mapping workshops, validation testing (Lean UX), paper and HTML prototype testing
