1. Techinical support from brief to box by working with developers, designers, PLM, QA and factory team etc.,2. Technical process, quality set up and confirmation from developing to production(Include FSR pattern grading, upper/bottom tooling, material/finished shoes physical testing, production shoe laces and inner boxes, all PFC etc.,)3. Schedule management to ensure timely commercialization & production delivery4. Train the production team and audit the production to ensure product consistency; Set up best practice and critical processes for production to follow5. Visit vendors to get better idea about process of raw material, verify and approve new vendor with team6. Follow up and conduct all developing and trial samples' fitting tests7. Assist FC team in long term management and resource utilization to craftsmanship to meet low cost, high efficiency, simple process, eco-friendly target.8. Guide factory in self management etc.,

1. Lead project team to handle with various daily cases & translation work in the team, work arrangement for the team members. 2. Collect developing information (design draft, spec etc.,) then call out all related department for pattern trial and review.3. All schedules control from developing to commercialization 4.Participate roll out meeting between Nike factories and assist the team in technology and innovation5. Check & solve any problems for production lines with pattern engineer and technicians as a team, audit the production frequently to make sure consistent quality with Nike engineers （MQAA) 6.Follow up and confirm all samples and trial shoes testing(Material, physical test, IDS etc.,)7.Check and confirm PFC and upper/bottom tooling with Nike Engineer 8. Arrange training for team members about technical skills and company rules9. Propose projects innovation and cost-saving ideas, then implement after testing and approval
