Alchemist Cocktail Kitchen was the first premiere Molecular Cocktail Bar in China. We specialized in molecular cocktails using new and innovative techniques in making our cocktails and only the highest quality ingredients in drinks and preparations.This bar was sold to another group in early 2013.

Oversaw all production, menu planning, ordering, cost analysis, strategic planning of day to day restaurant operations for this highly successful Tapas Lounge and Latin World Fusion Restaurant.
