French Trained Chef cum EntrepreneurGraduated Business Management from USC and worked as an IT management consultant for three years at PWC. Trained as Chef at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, France and lived in LA for three years working as a Chef in various establishments. Moved to Shanghai in 2004 to pursue opening my own restaurants/cafes. Started in September 2005 with 1 cafe and now own and operate 14 establishments with 3 in pipeline. Always looking for new locations. I also have experience in Food and Beverage Consulting for other establishments in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Our company creates and executes concepts and manages operations for other concepts looking to enter the Chinese market.
