I am a subject matter expert in Community Reinvestment Act evaluations. I have lead evaluations from small to complex institutions. I have instructed fellow examiners and have also presented on the topic. I have also worked extensively with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act Data for CRA and also for fair lending reviews. Not only do I work with examination data, I also understand how this data are applied to form conclusions regarding financial institutions' records in meeting their regulatory obligations.I have also had experience evaluating compliance management systems at large banking institutions, from first line management to audit. I recently earned a certificate in Data Analytics from The Ohio State University, encompassing such tools as Excel, Visual Basic, Python, R, and Tableau.
