The primary manager for 4 mid-level managers, and 40-60 employees during an 8 to 10-week on-boarding period. The 8 to 10-week training consisted of on-boarding, employee relations, core values training, performance counseling, Situational Training Exercises, and Live Fire Exercises. Employee relations was the primary focus, so every employee would understand how their actions, decisions would affect the team.
