Kelley is a professional facilitator, trainer and coach.Just two years out of college Kelley was promoted to a Vice President position at Pacific Plastic Technology in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She has worked for both small and very large companies including General Electric and Clariant Corporation. She has received several awards, including three GE Leadership Awards, The Clariant Presidents Club award for top performing business results in the US. She’s been on several boards in Southern California including SPE, SPI, ASSE and the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce. She chaired the Manufactures Counsel in Rancho Cucamonga which has now become the Manufacturers Council of the Inland Empire.Passionate about people, she is a mentor for those seeking to overcome obstacles in their lives both professionally and personally.
