Group focused on annual production of the Dallas Spectacular Senior Follies, an extravagant production featuring classics from the 1930’s and 40’s, reminiscent of the legendary Ziegfeld Follies and highlighted by local talented seniors. Responsibilities included marketing and strategic planning, board operations, and graphic design and communications. Board Member 2009-2011

Team focused on improvements in sales performance and client interaction. Work on delivery of one week Deal Excellence Workshop (DEW) targeted to sales leaders, account executives and sales executives. Responsibilities include content management, program delivery, and managing participant learning experience.

Managed acclimation program for sales support new hires. Worked on design team for one-week training program, "The Art of Winning Deals", focused on improving the performance of sales support individuals and their interaction with sales executives and clients. Lead coaching program aimed at matching seasoned employees with new employees to shorten ramp up time.

Developed internal and external executive and senior level presentations(audiences included EDS Board of Directors, EDS Audit Committee members of the Board, EDS Office of the Chairman, Office of the CFO, and University of Dallas MBA Program). Implemented rigorous documentation standards for audit reporting. Managed program to document audit processes and procedures.
