During my time over here, I facilitated staff and student learning and growth success, data-driven evaluation on curriculum, and assessment, instruction, and student improvement. It is worth mentioning that I engaged with students to ensure fulfillment of college goals, explored scholarship opportunities, and collaborated with families on college coursework. Along with the above responsibilities, I also completed secondary discipline, conducted teacher observations, directed Gifted and Talented program, and assisted with standardized testing. Fostered cross-functional collaboration and enabled constructive change. It was me who collaborated with other staff members to change teaching approach to match district's goal and vision.Furthermore, I assisted students in developing skills, interests, and talents needed to be lifelong learners. Moreover, I taught a range of courses to middle and high school students, including history, geography, language arts, and business math.
