Subject Matter Expert for Business Online BankingWorked on the App/Dev team for Business Online Banking for almost 10 years. Worked in Production Support, worked on multiple Transformation Projects, worked on two replacement projects, worked on Mergers & Acquisitions, converting new customers to the platform that was supported. Trained multiple new team members and helped setup a Production Support team for Business as Usual team during a Replacement project.Over the last two years, served as an IT Product Owner for multiple workstreams in the Replacement project, replacing a vendor/in-house hybrid with a hosted system. Worked directly with Business Product Owners to identify scope, map out requirements and write user stories. Also led and completed the conversion mapping exercise for the entire Commercial Banking system with the vendor and internal teams. Led several migration exercises and completed Pilot and Wave 1 activities, converting over 500 customers to the new platform.

Support Business Online Banking as a Systems Analyst. Perform analysis for updates to the system, testing for upgrades and validations for changes made in the production environment. Currently in the process of a major system upgrade (complete UI change) and just completed two phases of performance testing for the application. Worked closely with vendors and performance testing group to test system performance, endurance and capacity up to 36 months out. Currently regression and conversion testing.

Support of the Encore Loan Originations System as well as ancillary supporting applications. Provided analysis, requirements documentaion, system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing and production support. Created test scripts in HPQC and created testing process as well as executed tests, logging them in HPQC. Created, tested and implemented configuration changes in the database and managed monthly and quarterly releases.

Liaison for IT and Business Partners - specializing in Mortgage Lending. Wrote Software Requirements Specifications derived from Business Requirements, analysis, requirements elicitation, whiteboard sessions and interviewing Business Partners. Collaborated with Development Team, QA Team, Software Configuration Change Control Management, Project Management and Senior Management to deliver unambiguous, testable requirements. Performed System Integration Testing and managed User Acceptance Testing.

Support Analyst for Empower Mortgage Loan Application System.

Started with the Mortgage Department as a Loan Closer and then began to work as a technical analyst testing and updating the Mortgage Loan Application System when upgrades came from the vendor as well as maintained daily, weekly & monthly updates from investors, regulatory agencies and sales and marketing in the LOS as well as on the Mortgage intranet site.

Sworn in by the Governor of North Carolina. Maintained files of the organization, recorded and distributed minutes of all meetings, scheduled meetings of the Executive Board, maintained accurate membership records of the organization, planned and organized two State Conventions as well as numerous fundraising activities for candidates, submitted all official records to the state archives and conducted all official correspondence of the organization.

Secretary and Co/Founder of YPN. Worked with Chairman, Board Members and Chamber of Commerce to establish and market the organization.
