There are many obstacles I experienced when I first searched for a part-time job on campus at Orange Coast College. I had my first job interview, and it took a lot of process to reach up in order to get the job as a Certified Barista. Since I first started working, I have been developing a new set of skills that I wish I can have in the past. I learned from reorganizing food whenever we are out of stock to communicating with my student coworkers whenever they needed help with a customer.There are hopes when I need to develop those skills onto the next level outside of work and campus. Thankfully, I've met other people who knew how to connect with others and getting to know their story and what their biggest goals are in life. Here I am now reaching for a new goal of developing more hospitality as I seek for a new adventure to come. As a CSUF transfer student, there is always going to be new opportunities to learn diverse tasks as I plan to make my own path in and out of a new campus.
