Providing marketing and fund development strategy consulting services for Tampa Bay non-profit organizations. This encompasses a full array of revenue generation activities including corporate and planned giving, grant strategies and special events. Marketing services include increasing the use of social media and traditional marketing campaigns to advance the non-profit mission.Currently working with the Tampa Innovation Alliance in Communications & Community Engagement role. The Tampa Innovation Alliance was formed in 2011 by a core group of area anchors in education, commerce, industry and entertainment to redevelop and revitalize the corridor from 275 to 75, Busch Boulevard to Bearss Avenue.Other clients include Prevent Blindness Florida, a statewide non-profit agency established in 1957 with a mission to “prevent blindness and preserve sight.” PBF is an affiliate of Prevent Blindness America, founded in 1908, with Helen Keller as a founding Board member. The organization promotes eye health and safety through public awareness campaigns, and has screened and directly assisted tens of thousands of individuals – children and adults – because fifty percent of all blindness is preventable.

Previously directed the efforts of the Lions Eye Institute Foundation, the largest eye bank in the world, in funding organization programs, ocular research and quality of life initiatives for those who are blind or visually impaired. My responsibilities also included managing the ongoing marketing efforts of the Institute and its Foundation for consumer awareness and industry audiences.
