Helped students navigate through secondary education as a path to higher education. Created a program spanning grades 8-12 leading students through self-discovery of aptitudes & interests, research of post-high school programs including higher education, and management of the college application process. Created a monthly presentation series for parents and students which covered all aspects of the college application process.

As part of the Austin-area homeschool community, mentored families helping them correlate learning styles to curriculum choices, and course of study plans to graduation requirements. Worked as a teacher and administrator at CCI, a private classical college preparatory program.

Launched VSCP in Williamson County. Condensed the 5-year program into 3 years by optimizing course sequence and content. Planned, scheduled, and recruited instructors including veterinarians and other subject area experts. Presented lessons for which experts were unavailable. Increased program completion rate by 4x.

Designed and tested software to implement the successful roll-out of the mobile telephony network for North America. Collaborated with customers to understand needs and refine requirements for future product development.
