Key responsibilities:• Oversee injury and claims management, ensuring compliance with state legislation.• Lead return-to-work plans aligned with organisational Injury Management Systems.• Act as the primary liaison for injured employees, supervisors, medical professionals, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and solicitors to facilitate effective claims management and timely case closures.• Develop and present training packages on Injury Management and Workers Compensation for internal stakeholders.• Collaborate with the operational teams to uphold best practices in injury management.• Champion injury prevention strategies and health awareness initiatives across the organisation.• Coordinate medical interventions for remote sites.• Maintain expertise in legislative compliance and supported dispute resolution processes • Contribute to onsite health and wellbeing programs focused on injury prevention.
