Using full-cycle recruitment practices and my previous staffing experience, I worked diligently to grow both myself and this organization - focusing on both contract and direct hire positions across the nation. In additional to identifying talent, I also helped manage accounts, including requisition distribution, candidate review and coordination, handling escalated/higher-level issues, and continuing to develop and maintain direct relationships with hiring managers.Additionally, I spent time within the Compliance Department, where I focused on timely and accurate hiring practices. I worked directly with healthcare professionals and clientele, to meet the requirements of both the client and Department of Health. I worked at Valleyfair seasonally throughout college. During my time there, I handled escalated guest issues while supervising the Guest Services department of the park. Along with this, my duties included: employee management, timekeeping approval, monitoring cash handling procedures, staff planning, and distributing/ relaying park policies to both guests and employees.
