Senior Manager, Education
CurrentAs NGMA’s Senior Manager, Education, Kelli is committed to work with grant professionals to ensure they receive the tools and knowledge they need to further their professional development. Kelli manages the Education department which includes educational sessions at the Annual Grants Training, Grants Management Body of Knowledge (GMBoK) Training and monthly webinar series. She is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of valuable and relevant educational content. She identifies and selects key presenters for each training and is responsible for coordinating speaker communications and logistics. She is responsible for the education department strategic plan and budget. NGMA is a NASBA sponsor and Kelli ensures that they stay compliant to offer continuing education by creating policies and procedures. Kelli developed an internal compliance handbook to include record retention policies and guidance on continuing professional education for the education and trainings offered by NGMA.
