Initially, I was one of the first chiropractors employed by a large HMO in the Pacific NW and later created my multi-disciplinary team. Because of the complexity of helping others heal and maintaining their health, I wrote “8 minutes to ageless”and have a supportive podcast. in people, in 8 minutes or less a day, the book teaches people how to move to maintain their youth and how to grow bold but not old. The division and stress of today encouraged me to create the course on how to have civil conversations and find common ground. I adore educating and have created dozens of lecture series, with my favorite topics being the ones I am currently promoting. (More on that later).
