-Supporting field employees across the US.-Administrator for Training Manager system.-Provide technical training assistance for workforce of over 1400 employees-Manage safety, regulatory and professional development trainings for hourly, professional, and senior level administration for multiple locations across North America.-Maintain employee training records (digital & paper) and course documents to fulfill business policies and audit requirements and serve as administrator for learning management database for all employees, ensuring training and employee certifications are within OSHA requirements and industry standards.- Liaison with IT on internal software and program development.- Training coordinator for new employee orientation and multiple regulatory courses including national certification for rigger training. - Certified EOT Proctor, Test Site Coordinator (TSC) and Test Administrative Coordinator (TAC) for National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) for our Rigger testing. - Provide training sessions on learning management systems.- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual summary to senior level leadership regarding training expenditures.- Work directly with local community college corporate and continuing education department to obtain a variety of trainings to meet the needs of the company.-Evaluate workforce development and training needs and partner with internal customers to ensure the needs are addressed-Responsible for data collection and management of federal grant funding
