About Kelli Roper

As a Clinical Supervisor Community and Justice at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community, I oversee and coordinate the delivery and evaluation of high-quality and evidence-based programs and services for clients who are involved with the criminal justice system and have substance use and mental health issues. I have been in this role since January 2024, and I have over 2.5 years of experience as a clinical lead and a team lead at the same organization.My core competencies include teamwork, leadership, individual counseling, and substance use education and prevention. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their recovery goals and reintegrate into the community, as well as educating the public to reduce the stigma associated with substance use. I have expertise in community and justice programs, withdrawal management, and substance use and mental health interventions. I also collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, such as the courts, probation, police, and other agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and the community.
