Act as a subject matter expert for researching, troubleshooting and resolving integration and production issues, and effectively advocate for desired enhancements.Lead, coach, and develop staff members to function as a team and to perform at a high level in providing services in an effective and efficient manner.Successfully transition domestic payroll and time tracking from ADP system to Workday tenant and integrate with other modules currently utilized; Recruiting, On-boarding, HCM, Performance Management, Benefits, and Compensation.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, configure, test and implement optimized solutions in Workday tenant.Ensure all employee earnings and deductions, at point of final calculation, are accurate and are made in compliance with payroll tax and legal requirements.Manage vendor relationships by communicating expectations, procedures and timing standards.Assist with yearend processing to include W2, W2c, Imputed Interest, Expat add to earnings, and relocation add to earnings.Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll filings and payments are met as per deadlines and completes amendments as required.

Supervise and review domestic and Canadian payroll for all levels of employees totaling 2,300 in 19 states while maintaining accurate payroll system components for error free processing. -Transitioned outsourced payroll processing to be completed in-house-Created more efficient methods of administering day-to-day and year end processing.

Process end-to-end payroll activities. Provide support, reconciliation, and delivery/receipt/action of third-party outbound interfaces. Ensure that all internal controls and procedures are executed, documented and maintained.
