I am currently in charge of managing the daily operations of Birdies, a bar restaurant. This includes but not limited to ordering, inventory, supervising, and maintaining a positive relationship among employees and customers. I am also in charge of marketing efforts as far as, promotions, events, and products.

Currently I am a bartender at Flashback on the Landing. I am very precise at pouring accurate amounts of alcohol and cutting down on over-pouring and waste. As a bartender, it is important to make a great drink as well as provide exceptional customer service within a high volume setting. I have created a good rapport with customers which in turn creates recurring business.

Piere's Entertainment Center is a night club/concert venue. I have had many responsibilities within the company. I have bartended for over 5 years for the company. I have helped setup banquets, golf outings, and other promotions. Providing exceptional customer service is pertinent to the bar scene.

Within this organization I held many responsibilities including but not limited to, greeting all patients, general clerical duties, insurance billing, debt collecting, lab data entry and operating a multi-line phone system. I also assisted the physician in many out of state conferences as well as personal errands. The reason I am no longer employed with this organization is because I have decided to further my education.

As an office manager for an electrical contractor the main responsibility I had was converting the company to electronic records because the company was out of date. I set them up with payroll compatible with QuickBooks and ADP. I was also responsible for accounts receivables and payables. The owners provided me with extensive training on reading blueprints to be able to bill all of our builders.
