US Asset Integrity TeamMember of four person team that developed the internal North American asset management andauditing program for Accenture achieving 99% accuracy of inventory for a very highly mobileworkforce. This program was such a success it was adopted globally by other countries within theorganization.Managed all area of the asset life cycle from procurement to disposal for over 42 local offices andthousands of software/hardware assets.Developed, maintained and enforced all policies and procedures relating to asset management.Created and provided relevant reporting scorecards to leadership broken down by country, regionand local office.Developed and implemented an onsite audit process of technology equipment and provided timelyaudit reports to leadership to ensure compliance with Sarbannes-Oxley.Ensure that local offices can successfully meet the controls, requirements, and compliancestandards.Built and maintained three global web-based SharePoint portals.Developed and provided asset management training to end users, both via face to face meetings andconference calls/video.US Asset Retrieval LeadDeveloped and managed a process to retrieve technology assets from terminated employees.Track and monitor all asset retrieval/collections efforts in the US, including communicating withterminated employees, Local Technology Support, Security, HR and project managers to locate andensure assets have been properly returned.Ensure, through reporting and working with Security team, that assets that are in the retrieval stageare not logging onto our network by others. Developed and distributed an executive summary to Senior Leadership on a quarterly basis.Responsible for determining which records should be pursued further by going to collections.Teamed with Finance on the collection efforts by working and communicating with CollectionAgency, HR, Local Technology Support and the terminated employees to reach a resolution.
