Hello, I am Kellie Elson, a management specialist, training, and assessment professional. I recently completed my AS in Business Management with a 3.8 grade point average. I am an experienced management professional who in my current position has reduced delinquencies from 64% to 1.5% or less, by helping residents make family budgets, informing them of assistance provided within the area, and evictions. I’ve increased occupancy from 60% to 98% by building relationships with local dealers to bring in homes, and creative marketing. I worked with the City of Bryan to bring the communities up to city code, by having a rejuvenating event throughout the community offering disposal of excess items, payment agreement plans for painting homes, building steps, etc. I enjoy working with people and have a results-driven, position-ownership mindset.
