It is my job to make sure that every customer that walks through the door of Belle Vinez, is greeted with a smile and is ready for the best flight experience. This means that I take time to train every staff member that is in the tasting bar to know the story behind every bottle. Belle Vinez takes pride in making every guest feel like they are welcome no matter how much winery/wine experience they have. It is our job as staff members to know the wines at a surface level and in an in-depth way, so that all customer types feel as though an educational lesson has been learned. I strive to make staff interested in making a connection with all the customers that step up to our counter. As the new Wine Club Manager, I get to build a Wine Club from the ground up. This means that there is a lot of learning in store for me! It is my job to allow customers near and far to feel connected with Belle Vinez in River Falls, WI at an affordable price.

As a wine educator at Belle Vinez I get to walk customers through a tasting. In this I get to take some customers from knowing nothing about wine to knowing just a little to taking customers that know so much to knowing a thing or two more. I get to partake in taking customers from an okay day to a fantastic day. Being a wine educator is about making customers happy!

I assist customers is completing their transactions. I answer phones and create an all around pleasant atmosphere.

I walked customers through a tasting. I got to read how much interaction that each customer wanted. Some want a lot of background and some want very little. I got to share a passion of mine.

I studied business abroad in both Scotland and Uganda!

I worked with an individual with a disability. I became very took the individual out on outings. I encouraged positive behavior. I got to be a companion for someone that just needed someone there for them. I also did a lot of encouraging of social learning with penny boards.

As an Assistant Manager I got to interact first hand with customers. I got to deal with the good and bad that comes along with customer service. I was in charge of opening and closing the stores each day. I worked within 3 different stores.
