I have over seven years of experience in the wellness and recovery industry, and I hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from CorePower Yoga.I also serve as a wellness coordinator and yoga teacher, designing and delivering programs and classes that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our clients and staff, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. I have expertise in sound production, bands, and plays, and I enjoy creating and facilitating engaging and inspiring activities.
