As a human resources generalist at Infinite Recovery, I support recruiting, retaining, and developing our diverse and talented staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. I have over seven years of experience in the wellness and recovery industry, and I hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from CorePower Yoga.I also serve as a wellness coordinator and yoga teacher, designing and delivering programs and classes that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our clients and staff, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. I have expertise in sound production, bands, and plays, and I enjoy creating and facilitating engaging and inspiring activities. I am committed to the mission of Infinite Recovery, which is to empower individuals and families to live fulfilling and productive lives free from addiction. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to the success of our organization.
