EMPLOYMENT SUMMARYFinite IT Recruitment Solutions – Principal Payroll Officer 2006 – CurrentFinite IT Recruitment Solutions – Payroll Officer 2004 – 2006Finite IT Recruitment Solutions – Junior Payroll Officer 2002 – 2004Finite IT Recruitment Solutions – Receptionist 2001 – 2002Atlas Edition – Customer Service and Administration Assistant 2000 – 2001KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY - Accurately complete all contractor payroll (PAYG & ABN) & invoicing Australia- Accurately complete all contractor payroll (ABN only) and invoicing For NZ- Assist with the training, mentoring and supervision of new or junior staff within the team - Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with enquiries & complaints over the phone - Complete data entry tasks, reporting in Excel and various inhouse systems - Effectively manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable- Assist with the design and implementation of timesheet, billing & financial processes- Utilise strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders- Prepare concise & accurate reporting for senior management as requested- Reception duties (answering enquiries, taking messages or transferring calls to appropriate staff)- Word processing and preparation of correspondence, using Microsoft Office & other programs- Processing timesheets & ensuring accurate creation & uploading of EFTs- Utilise various accounting and payroll systems including GP, D-Bit, Fieldglass& MYOB - Follow WHS & confidentiality procedures, ensuring operational & legislative requirements are met- Contract preparation, mail distribution, other general administrative tasks KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Within my current role at Finite Group APAC, I have successfully contributed as a key member of the team in the planning and implementation of two new timesheet designs, while continuing to contribute to various billing & financial solutions within the company.
