New headteacher of a large primary school, with over 20 years of proven outstanding practice and experience in education. I am a lifelong learner with a first class Master's Degree in education and a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). My main areas of expertise are equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), language and literacy, and strategic development. I am passionate about improving teaching and learning, curriculum design, and safeguarding in my school and beyond.
